2015 Animal Welfare Bills
The 148th General Assembly is already making strides to pass new protections for animals in Delaware by introducing two animal welfare bills within weeks of returning to Legislative Hall. The first bill would prohibit leaving an animal confined in vehicle, unattended, when the weather is too hot or too cold for the animal to be safe.
